In the 19th year of the agreement of the NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement), Tratado de Libre Comercio in spanish (TLC), Accord de Libre-échange Nord-Américain in French (ALÉNA), three documentary photographers, Dominic Bracco II (USA), Brett Gundlock(Canada) and Mauricio Palos (Mexico), embarked on a personal exploration of the agreement and the current status of all of the States who involved. The Posse did two road trips on both US borders, first in the El Paso – Ciudad Juarez in mid 2013 where they published Legal Aliens, followed by North American Rust Belt, the first days of 2014, marking the 20th anniversary of the signing of the treaty, Puerto Rican Christopher Gregory joined. Traveling through Buffalo, NY, Niagara Falls, NY, Hamilton, Ontario, Windsor, Ontario and Detroit, Michigan, the posse searched out the ambiguous idea of progress in both the borders and their countries.
